[ the first thing that lavi might spot is the fact that yoru is sitting on top of one of the tables of the library, scribbling in what appears to be a coloring book with some pens that he's got laying out next to him. he has a fort of book stacks around him at the moment, about three of them.

the second thing lavi might see is kon dropping another stack of books next to him, all of the titles a miscellaneous collection that seem to have not much to do with each other. fiction, non-fiction, help books, comics, the whole gamut. ] Let's try these ones.

[Lavi approaches also with books in hand, except he's only got two tucked under his arm. A small, black object flutters behind him as he wanders right next to the desk,]

Hey, Kon, Yoru. Whatcha guys up to?

[lavi asks, even as he peers over the stacks to see what Yoru's coloring,]

week 0 saturday

[Lavi's at the library, surveying the stacks. He's looking at books, but it's clear that he's not really looking at them? Probably because the book in his hand is upside down? hm,

His golem is far more friendly though, winging itself over to Kon as he enters the room.]

[ kon reaches up to offer the golem his hand, to see if it'll land or not. he knows this means lavi is in here, so he glances around until he finds him - and his upside down book. ]

Oh, if this isn't relatable. [ sympathetic, but clearly he's Mad still. ]

wk 1 monday teehee

[slides in here, they're at the clown bar. chandra told lavi not to drink anything at the bar well we'll set this before that then,

also imagine i forced love potions on u snow WE DON'T HAVE TO but here it is as an option. anyway as soon as Lavi sees Kon, he'll nyoom over to him. He'll also say hi to Yoru if he's there too,]

[he produces a notebook from his exorcist jacket,]

[ you already know how i feel about this, and no one has told kon to not drink anything, so here we are.

yoru is here! he's seated on the counter, and waves excitedly at lavi when he sees him. it's what draws kon's attention around from where he was looking at the drinks. ]

Oh yeah? What's that? [ clearly perking with interest. ]

wk 1, saturday

[ kon is getting some snacks at the movie theater's concession stand, seeming to have brought some of the popcorn from the carnival with him to balance out the popcorn here.

there is a slow stream of smoke coming from the kiseru in his mouth as he mixes the two, and a distinct weed smell coming from said smoke. yoru is not here at the moment.

hey lavi. ] Looking for a break, too?

[Lavi doesn't have any popcorn, but he's looking at the posters like he's trying to divine their secrets. At Kon's voice, he turns around. He's not wearing his scarf any more, so the bruise on his face is clearly visible.]

...Yeah. I think I need to turn my brain off for an hour.

week 2 monday

[as kon has a grand ole time at the aquarium, he might be able to spot (1) non-fish on his hands and knees on floor near one of the tanks.

lavi has one hand on the glass and one hand on his face, and he's hunched over like a beetle, which is probably not normal behavior for him!! it's fine, let him hang out on the floor like this it's all cool]

[ this is TERRIBLE behavior and i HATE IT, ACTUALLY.

kon makes a low, distressed noise after he double takes, realizing the shape is not just - some display, or a reflection from the glass and water all around them. yoru is set down and told to stay where he puts him as he comes skidding over, ignoring the dull pain of dropping to his knees at his side. ]

Lavi!? [ DIE ON SCHEDULE ]

wk 2, saturday I HATE YOU

[ showing up with... some kind of container? hard to say with the way that he's holding it. yoru isn't here at the moment.

but here he comes anyways, jaw still tight and brow furrowed. ]

Lavi glances up when Kon comes in. He looks tired, and his shoulders are hunched, but he straightens enough to wave him in.]

week 5, sun/monday....

[me, having asked for jail and delighting in it
also me, post-dating pcs so lavi can talk to the new deda from outside of 24 hrs jail

they're in one of the animal crossing houses that lavi made up for kon and that i still need to put the location change in for wow. but it's a nice house!!! it has all the Essentials, also books and lab equipment from the science lab. plus, there are a lot of things that are clearly meant for Yoru, like a baby stool and coloring books... and crayons...

it's also all in a mess because Lavi can't organize shit that's not in a book for his life.]

...Sorry. I thought I'd have more time to clean things up.

kon looks at the things meant for yoru with a soft huff, reaching to flip the pages of one of the books by the corner. ]

It's fine, it's more organized than my rooms tend to be. The dorm room on the other side was only clean because I was rooming with Uriel and promised her it would be. [ he wants to ratshake lavi for his stupid crimes, but he probably shouldn't judge too hard. he'd more than likely start a bar fight with those demons.

he closes the coloring book. ] He probably would've come with if I hadn't left him with Hana and told her to take care of him, but after seeing things over I guess it's for the best.

wk 6, monday

[BLASTS THE DOORS OPEN IM FINALLY HERE

puts them in the city obviously, right near those wrought-iron gates. Lavi doesn't have to stand on his tippytoes to peer over the throng of the crowd currently camping out, but the vibe is there. He tries once or twice to ask a demon what's going on, but they take one look at him and ignore him... his newbie vibes... Eventually, he comes back to Kon, one hand plucking at the collar of his uniform.]

You think I should ditch the uniform? Maybe I'll look friendlier if I'm wearing... [his eye slides past a group of humans dressed in coachella outfits, wow] ...that?

[give me a fit check for kon snow]

[ surprise i was prepared, the fit is this but with this jacket instead.

kon doesn't act like a tourist, fortunately, especially since he's spent the past six years before his death in tokyo. (as if he even had a newbie vibe when he was ten...) he's got his hands in his jacket pockets as he watches lavi, amused and fond. ]

I mean, we should probably get you some outfit choices if we do, in fact, get to go to the party. Or if we decide to gate crash it.

Might also be nice to get some variety now that the option is there.

Probably not Coachella, though.

[ he's gonna drag lavi away so that he can get out of these stupid clothes and into something less associated with frigid water and terrible trauma for their friends.

kon does, also, have to give him what hana told him to pass on. he said he would! ]

I can tell you about what happened, not that I can make much sense of it. Couldn't even make sense about the one I went on.

[he nods. he still feels a little pumped up, from the adrenaline of seeing both the living side and the gy cyoa pop up like daisies. but he's. in an admittedly better mood than he would be if Kon and the others were also heavily injured in a place where there are no medkit trees?]

[which is to say, that he's all ears! though he is sadly in his og form for this pc, no more animal crossing drinks...... for now....]

[ DRAGS LAVI OFF FROM THE BAR even at his own risk, what's lavi going to do? try to kill him? he'll be fine.

please come somewhere quiet and calm, i don't know. back to the house you made him? the library? somewhere that isn't a bar and where he can flee if he needs to put space between them. (implying that kon has stopped ottering him, because he hasn't.) ]

Lavi gets dragged along, though once they come up on Memory Lane he digs in his heels to force Kon to a stop with him, swinging him around so he can face him properly,]

Kon, stop. It's -- [fine? okay? ...]

[his other hand goes to Kon's wrist, intending on pulling him off -- but it rests there instead. quietly]

I know it'll pass, but I still don't want to hurt you.

[puts them in the hole... THE MEMORY HOLE.... at this point Lavi just tilts his head up to look at the screen already descending, and sighs. HOPEFULLY.... NOTHING STUPID WILL SHOW UP....]
